Our Clients profit.
Our Colleagues profit.
Our Communities profit.
Lucro, meaning profit in Spanish, was created with one mission in mind: to enrich everyone around us.

Our Story
Lucro founders Josh and Kyle first met in Miami in 2019 on an nCino implementation for a regional Financial Institution. During the four months on site, a friendship was formed. Long days in client meetings turned into evenings at the Marriott bar, where they bonded over Old Fashioneds and a shared perspective on improving client delivery.
The two would part ways until late 2020, when Josh needed someone he could rely on to help him build out an nCino practice for a fast-growing consulting firm.
Over the next year and a half, Kyle—with his background in Financial Services and nCino implementations—and Josh—with his extensive knowledge of the nCino platform and industry relationships—married their expertise and expanded the firm’s practice five-fold. As they continued to work closely together, they realized there was a huge opportunity to go out on their own and create something special.
So they teamed up and founded Lucro. Over the years, they found many consulting firms focused solely on maximizing gross profit margin or producing a “minimum viable product (MVP).” They wanted to create a firm focused on delivering the most value for their clients, colleagues, and communities. A firm where people come first, because those who partner together, profit together.
Our Values
Integrity in all we do, transparency in all we say, and humility in all we achieve. At Lucro, we:
Our Pledge
We pledge to donate 10% of annual profits back to our local communities via non-profit organizations.
